Trainer / Nutrition Coach

Stephanie is a mom of four, a trainer at Quest Fitness, and co-founder of The Macro Gym. After picking up a kettlebell for the first time, Stephanie never looked back on this style of training. Being SFG certified, has helped her understand her own practice and allows her to teach how the kettlebell can be used for developing and maximizing strength. She also enjoys being a nutrition coach and working one on one with clients that are looking to live a healthier lifestyle.
