Kettlebells are the heart and soul of Quest and on these days you'll definitely feel your heart pumping! These workouts will take the form of AMRAPs, EMOMs, Partner WODs, and the occasional "Wheel Wednesday". All of which will 100% push your body to the limit and get you feeling right, real quick!
Tuesdays and Thursdays fall more into the category of our "Recovery Days" aka our Station Workouts. Within these days you'll have fun using a variety of toys, like Slamballs, TRX, the Assault Bike, the Erg, Resistance Bands, and Sleds. Doesn't sound much like a recovery day actually...But, its well worth every calorie burned!
FUNctional Full Body
Saturdays' workout is when we flip the script and get creative. It's basically a combo of the Gauntlet of the Week you just went through! With these fun full body workouts be sure to bring your water and a towel because things are about to get sweaty!
